We aim to turn around your order as quickly as possible. Unless we are at a Fair, we would aim to send off your items within 24 hours of receiving payment.

You can use Paypal to pay via your credit or debit card. Or you can send us a cheque, made out to HOBBYFUN UK LTD, or postal order. We will despatch your order when your cheque has been cleared. All prices include VAT at 20%

Refunds, Returns and Cancellations
If your order arrives in a damaged or faulty condition please contact us within 7 days. We will replace the goods or refund the value of the damaged items. Please contact us before returning any items. If you are not happy with any items you have ordered please return them to us within 7 days. We will be happy to refund you the cost of these items provided they are returned in their original condition and are unopened and unused. Any items made to the customer's specifications or personalised in any way cannot be returned. The cost of returning items will be the customer's responsibility and we would advise using recorded delivery as HobbyFun UK Ltd cannot accept liability for items lost in transit.
